representative before the French and European Patent Offices.<br \/>\nFr\u00e9d\u00e9ric GAILLARDE is also a judicial expert in patents\u00a0before\u00a0the Court of Appeal of Paris, and he has been appointed\u00a0as a\u00a0technically qualified judge\u00a0at\u00a0the Unified Patent Court (UPC).<br \/>\nHe\u00a0has been\u00a0practicing as a patent attorney since 1997.<br \/>\nHe was a partner of a large IP firm for more than 10 years, and founded his own IP firm in 2018 before joining the ALATIS network in 2023.<br \/>\nHe\u00a0advises\u00a0small to medium-size companies, especially in the field of Greentech.<\/p>\n<p>He \u00a0drafts and files patents in France and abroad, and actively defends his clients\u2019 rights in case of infringement.<\/p>\n<p>He has acquired specific experience
