He began his career with an American law firm in 2001 (Duane Morris, Philadelphia, PA); he is perfectly bilingual in French and English.<\/p>\n<p>After this initial experience, he joined a French law firm where he focused on Intellectual Property, New Technologies and Personal Data, and subsequently developed these practices.<\/p>\n<p>Rapha\u00ebl is involved in complex litigation and commercial negotiations, with a strong focus on intellectual property and new technology issues (personal data, financial or health data, software, cybersecurity, etc.). His litigation practice takes him before the French supervisory authority (<a href=\"https:\/\/cnil.fr\/fr\">CNIL<\/a>), French courts and arbitration tribunals.<\/p>\n<p>His practice covers the world of life sciences (biotechs, clinical research organizations, pharmaceutical laboratories), new technologies and, more generally, he advises innovative software players in the healthcare and finance sectors and also in more traditional industries.<\/p>\n<p>Rapha\u00ebl is an active member of several French and international associations:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <a
