She then\u00a0worked in\u00a0the Intellectual property group of the American law firm Baker &amp; McKenzie for\u00a0a few years, before joining the law firm Hisch Kobel in Geneva.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout\u00a0her carrer, Julie has\u00a0assisted and advised large and medium-sized companies with the management of their Intellectual property rights (IP rights protection strategy, drafting legal opinions, negotiation of contracts, following IP rights registration proceedings&#8230;.) in various fields including multimedia, IT, fashion, cosmetics, food, and the sports and pharmaceutical industries.<\/p>\n<p>Her experience in IP also allows her to assist clients with litigation of disputes in the field of trademark law, design law, copyright, domain names and unfair competition.<\/p>\n<p>In 2008, she joined the Intellectual property department of the company Lagard\u00e8re Active, specialized in Multimedia and Press, where she handled\u00a0cases\u00a0with a very operational approach.<\/p>\n<p>Julie\u00a0founded the IP law firm EQUI\/LEX in 2016, and joined forces\u00a0with ALATIS in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the close complementarity of the functions she has exercised so far, Julie offers an integrated, end-to-end service, combining\u00a0proximity to\u00a0the client with a\u00a0very pragmatic approach, just like your internal corporate lawyer would do.<\/p>\n<p>Julie is also a lecturer at the CNAM (Conservatoire National des Arts et M\u00e9tiers) where she teaches within the \u00ab\u00a0Embedded computers and Mobiles\u00a0\u00bb Masters programme.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div  class='avia-button-wrap av-av_button-db59e205b38b514d4e28b1958d0569a9-wrap avia-button-center  avia-builder-el-6  el_after_av_textblock  avia-builder-el-last '><a href='https:\/\/alatis.eu\/en\/the-partners\/'  class='avia-button av-av_button-db59e205b38b514d4e28b1958d0569a9 av-link-btn avia-icon_select-yes-left-icon avia-size-small avia-position-center avia-color-theme-color'   aria-label=\"BACK\"><span class='avia_button_icon avia_button_icon_left avia-iconfont avia-font-entypo-fontello' data-av_icon='\ue87c' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello' ><\/span><span class='avia_iconbox_title' >BACK<\/span><\/a><\/div><\/p><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":808,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-939","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.6 -
