Focus on Val\u00e9rie’s career<\/strong>: Val\u00e9rie has been working in the field of Intellectual Property for over 30 years.<\/p>\n

Her expertise<\/strong>: As a lawyer, Val\u00e9rie deals with all aspects of Intellectual Property from A to Z, from availability searches to the protection and defense of intellectual property rights before Intellectual property Offices and Courts, including the valuation of intangible assets (trademarks, domain names, company names, design, copyrights, know-how, agreements and patents), in all business sectors.<\/p>\n

What is her role?<\/strong> Val\u00e9rie is the privileged contact of her clients, whether they are individual entrepreneurs, SMEs, or French and international multinationals, providing them with dedicated and personalized solutions to all their Intellectual Property issues.<\/p>\n

Key Achievements<\/strong> – Val\u00e9rie obtained from the Paris Court of First Instance a ban on the marketing throughout the European Union of infringing products distributed by a former licensee.
\nVal\u00e9rie also obtained recognition of the validity of a three-dimensional trademark corresponding to the shape of the product.<\/p>\n
