Henri-Michel REYNAUD\u00a0<\/a>has joined our firm to co-lead, alongside\u00a0Anne DESMOUSSEAUX<\/a>, the development of our Trademarks and Designs practice. Their collaboration is the continuation of a long-standing professional relationship, strengthened by a shared strategic vision and a natural complementarity.<\/p>\n

Their combined experience and recognized expertise in the most complex areas of intellectual property law will provide their respective clients with enhanced support in shaping their business strategies, combining responsiveness, analytical precision, and operational effectiveness \u2014 all backed by a dedicated team of paralegals.<\/p>\n

Henri Michel REYNAUD began his career over 25 years ago at a prestigious Paris-based intellectual property firm. After his admission to the Paris Bar in 2005, he joined SARRUT, a firm founded in 1946 by Jean SARRUT, where he established the Intellectual Property department and became a partner a year after.<\/p>\n

He is a recognized expert across all fields of intellectual property and has developed a strong interest in emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Web 3.0) and protection of well-known names, particularly in the artistic and film industries.<\/p>\n

He advises and litigates on behalf of clients from a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, transportation, luxury goods, agri-food, and retail.<\/p>\n
