This week, meet Valérie PERRICHON

Focus on Valérie’s career: Valérie has been working in the field of Intellectual Property for over 30 years.

Her expertise: As a lawyer, Valérie deals with all aspects of Intellectual Property from A to Z, from availability searches to the protection and defense of intellectual property rights before Intellectual property Offices and Courts, including the valuation of intangible assets (trademarks, domain names, company names, design, copyrights, know-how, agreements and patents), in all business sectors.

What is her role? Valérie is the privileged contact of her clients, whether they are individual entrepreneurs, SMEs, or French and international multinationals, providing them with dedicated and personalized solutions to all their Intellectual Property issues.

Key Achievements – Valérie obtained from the Paris Court of First Instance a ban on the marketing throughout the European Union of infringing products distributed by a former licensee.
Valérie also obtained recognition of the validity of a three-dimensional trademark corresponding to the shape of the product.
