Hélène LAVILLE FIORUCCI

Helene  has over 20 years of experience in intellectual property law. She holds a degree in Pharmacology and Molecular Biology from Polytech Sophia Nice (2002) and a law degree specializing in Patent, Trademark, and Design Laws from CEIPI Strasbourg (2003). She has passed the European Qualifying Examination (EPO, 2006), the French Qualifying Examination (INPI, 2012), and the U.S. Patent Bar (USPTO, 2016).

She has spent a significant portion of her career working in-house within the industry (France and USA), which gives her a deep understanding of R&D processes and practical IP strategy. This extensive in-house experience allows her to deliver unique value by effectively bridging the gaps between legal expertise, R&D and commercial realities. Her practice focuses on Chemistry, Biotechnology, and Pharmacy.

Hélène accompanies a diverse range of clients, from startups to multinational corporations, as well as U.S. universities, providing strategic IP guidance tailored to their needs. 

She is fluent in English and French.
