Henri Michel REYNAUD

Henri Michel REYNAUD began his career 26 years ago with a renowned Parisian firm of Industrial Property Attorneys, before becoming a lawyer after 8 years’ experience as an IP attorney.
He then joined Cabinet SARRUT, founded in 1946 by Jean SARRUT, Jean MONNET’s right-hand man, and developed the Intellectual Property department in 2005.
A partner in the firm the following year, he is an expert in all areas of intellectual property, with a particular taste for new technologies (AI, Blockchain, web 3.0).
Henri Michel REYNAUD taught this subject at the FACO (Faculté libre de Droit et d’Economie-Gestion) for 7 years, wrote numerous articles and gave many lectures in France and abroad.
He was appointed Intellectual Property expert by the OECD in 2015, and on this occasion gave a series of lectures in Astana, Kazakhstan, as part of the Eurasian Competitiveness Program.
Although Henri Michel REYNAUD’s clients are active in a wide range of industries (pharmaceuticals, transport, luxury goods, agri-foodstuffs, retail), he has also specialized in the protection of well-known brand names, particularly in the arts and cinema.
His practice encompasses both consulting and litigation.
