Sandrine HESLING GIOVANNINI has been working as a Senior IP Paralegal at ALTA ALATIS PATENT since 2020. With 27 years of solid experience in industrial property gained in leading Parisian firms, she now applies her skills to work in the field of intellectual property, particularly in the management of administrative formalities for patents in France and abroad.

She has also worked in various fields such as transport, fiduciary services, events and construction.

Her current responsibilities include:

  • Filing formalities (First filings, extensions, entries into national phases) with the relevant offices (INPI, EPO, WIPO) and monitoring procedures until the grant of patents,
  • National validation formalities for European patents (classical national validation and unitary patent),
  • Management and monitoring of official deadlines,
  • Updating the internal database,
  • French/English correspondence with clients and foreign agents,
  • Preparation of estimates, patent portfolios and budgets,
  • Management and monitoring of the annuities to maintain applications and/or patents in force,
  • Registration formalities with IP offices,
  • Searches patent databases, office websites,
  • Invoicing.
