Senior Paralegal

Sandrine HESLING GIOVANNINI has been working as a Senior IP Paralegal at ALTA ALATIS PATENT since 2020. With 27 years of solid experience in industrial property gained in leading Parisian firms, she now applies her skills to work in the field of intellectual property, particularly in the management of administrative formalities for patents in France and abroad.

She has also worked in various fields such as transport, fiduciary services, events and construction.

Her current responsibilities include:

– Management of filing formalities in France and abroad with the relevant offices: INPI, EPO, WIPO, and monitoring procedures until the grant of patents,

– Managing official deadlines and administrative and legal procedures.

– Updating the internal database.

–  Monitoring of patent portfolios and correspondence with clients and foreign agents,

–  Registration formalities with IP Offices,

– Estimates, budgets and invoices.
