Tamara GULIDOVA has been working as a Paralegal with ALTA ALATIS Patent since 2025. 

She is trained as a lawyer and she graduated and is qualified as a Data Protection Officer (DPO). She has astrong expertise in GDPR and data protection.

Tamara GULIDOVA has experience in managing of patent and trademark portefolios worldwide. Her dual skills associating legal and compliance is a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of patent and trademark portefolios, including monitoring official deadlines with IP Offices such as INPI, EPO, WIPO, and EUIPO
• Preparation, filing, and following prosecution of intellectual property rights in France, Europe, and worldwide,
• Creation, updating, and reviewing of files on databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards,
• Daily interaction with lawyers, patent engineers, clients, IP Offices and foreign associates to ensure smooth coordination of procedings,
• Invoicing,
• Contribution to GDPR compliance in the processing personnal data, ensuring best practices in data protection.

Tamara GULIDOVA is trilingual (French, English, Russian). She is rigorous and organized, she combines legal and administrative skills to effectively support clients in securing their data and managing their intellectual property rights.
