Paralegal

Feryel AJMI has been working as an Intellectual Property Paralegal at ALTA ALATIS PATENT since 2022.

She holds a Ph.D. in Private Law, with research focusing on the international protection of patentable inventions. With prior experience in law firms and an international business group, Feryel has built strong expertise in IP portfolio management, administrative and legal procedures, and coordination with clients and foreign partners.

Her responsibilities include:

• Managing filing, registration, and renewal procedures for patents, trademarks, and designs (INPI, EUIPO, WIPO),
• Overseeing administrative and legal tracking of IP portfolios in France and abroad,
• Preparing and managing official correspondence with IP offices and agents,
• Providing support in opposition and litigation procedures,
• Updating IP databases and preparing management reports.

Feryel AJMI is fluent in French, English, and Arabic, and is known for her accuracy, adaptability, and professional reliability. She ensures the smooth and efficient handling of intellectual property procedures within ALTA ALATIS PATENT’s international practice.
