Sarah Rocher Matias is a French Trademark Attorney (Conseil en Propriété Industrielle) and a registered professional representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

She has over 15 years of experience gained at leading French IP law firms. Throughout her career, Sarah has developed recognized expertise in independently managing multi-jurisdictional trademark portfolios.

Sarah advises a diverse clientele, from French companies to international groups, on defining and implementing IP strategies to protect, leverage, and enforce their intangible assets. Her practice covers both advisory work (brand clearance, portfolio audits, contract drafting) and contentious and pre-litigation matters (complex opposition proceedings before the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), the EUIPO, and foreign IP offices, negotiation of coexistence agreements, and domain name dispute resolution).
