Welcome Salma Khaled to the ALATIS network!

Salma Khaled

We are delighted to welcome Salma Khaled to the ALATIS network.

Lawyer at the Paris and Tunis Bars, Professor of Private Law, and international arbitrator, Salma brings a rare profile to the network: a practitioner who has taught, published, and litigated intellectual property for over twenty years.

Her practice covers the full spectrum of intellectual property law: copyright, patents, trademarks, and industrial designs, which she exercises as a lawyer, legal counsel, and court-appointed expert before Tunisian jurisdictions. She also supervises doctoral theses in the field at the Institut des Hautes Études Commerciales de Carthage (IHEC) and serves as a member of PhD thesis examination committee.

In international arbitration, she acts as both arbitrator and counsel in domestic and international proceedings, including under ICC rules. She chairs the Intellectual Property Task Force of the ICC Tunisia Arbitration & ADR Commission.

Her arrival strengthens the ALATIS network’s ability to serve clients across the MENA region and beyond, with expertise rooted in two legal systems and two bars.
